In our restaurant we serve typical Piedmont dishes, cooked by our chefs, Antonia and Alessandro.

In the ex-cattle shed, now the dining room, you can taste typical starters such as Carne Cruda, Russian saladAnchovies with green or red sauce, Insalata Bergera – with Alba cheese, celery and nuts, Insalata Capricciosa, Vitello Tonnato, Insalata di Coniglio – Rabbit saladandSavoury pie made with our season vegetables.

The first course includes homemade Agnolotti al plin (small pieces of pasta stuffed with meat), Tajarin (egg yolk pasta similar to tagliatelle) and Gnocchi. The second course is always served with season vegetables, followed by typical Piedmont desserts like Bönet (chocolate pudding with macaroons and rum), and Persi Pien (peaches with chocolate and macaroons), Hazelnut parfaitChocolate Salami and Il Mattone.

Our farm also produces red wines Dogliani d.o.c.g.

We serve lunch and dinner only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (advance booking required).

The number of our guests is 60 people. The price is 30,00 Euros per person, wine not included.
